Clients may cancel a service by providing written notice via email or our contact form. To avoid cancellation charges, we recommend notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.
For recurring or subscription-based services, cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Confirmation of the refund will be sent via email.
Custom or specially arranged services may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated during service confirmation.
